Introduction to the Court administration


The Darkhan City Court was established on October 1, 1962 with three positions: a head, a secretary, and an executive officer. The first head of the court was S. Baasai, the secretary was H. Lena, and the executive officer was G.Purev.

As a result of judicial reform, the Law on Court Administration was enacted on May 22, 2012. It came into effect on April 15, 2013.

The first head of the administration /serving as the acting head/ was A. Battor.  From September 15, 2014, until February 19, 2024, B. Bat-Amgalan served as the head. Starting April 8, 2024, E. Amarsanaa has been serving as the head of the court administration.

By the resolution No. 113 of the General Council of the Courts of Mongolia on December 13, 2019, the court offices of Darkhan-Uul Province were reorganized, and their structure and staffing were revised. As a result, the name of the court office was changed to "The administration of the Inter-Soum Court of Darkhan-Uul Province".  Currently, it carries out the administrative functions of the Civil and Criminal Courts of First in Darkhan-Uul Province.
