The law on the establishment of courts dated July 1, 2015, established the "First-instance Criminal Court of Darkhan-Uul Province" as a specialized court, which is currently carrying out judicial proceedings.

The First-instance Criminal Court of Darkhan-Uul Province is currently staffed by Chief Judge G. Gerelt-Od, Judges B. Ikhtamir, N. Ider, B. Gershikhburte, and B. Bat-Amgalan.
