The law on the establishment of courts dated July 1, 2015, established the "First-instance Civil Court of Darkhan-Uul Province" as a specialized court, which is currently carrying out judicial proceedings.

The First-instance Civil Court of Darkhan-Uul Province is currently staffed by Chief Judge T. Javkhlantugs, Judges D. Altantuya, Z. Tungalagma, M. Oyuntsetseg, and B. Nomin.
